If you receive a defective product and would like to exchange it for another it is important to notify us by email or phone immediately. This makes it easier for us to resolve the issue promptly. Depending on the product and shipping cost we may require a photo instead of return shipping the product to us for exchange. We will review the details and give you instructions. Some situations are complicated by type of product, vendor, and carrier. We do our best to make it hassle free.
To return new or defective merchandise please contact EcoGarden Supply for a Return Authorization number, (RA).
Only with this Return Authorization number will we accept any returns. EcoGarden Supply doesn´t give cash back
refunds. Only unused new merchandise (with intact packing material and instructions) may be returned within thirty
(30) days of receipt for credit in our webstore. In the case of defective merchandise, EcoGarden Supply will pay the return shipping costs. Shipping costs on all non-defective returns and exchanges will be the customer´s responsibility. We value your patronage and will make every reasonable attempt to keep you satisfied. Credit will be issued after the item is returned in unused condition, with intact and undamaged packaging and instructions.
