We don't have something you are looking for on our website, and you would still like a good price and great service? OF COURSE! Just contact us via email: Service or at 1-866-647-1896 to let us know what you would like. We'll get you what you need!
SHIPPING:
Most of our orders get processed the same day they come in. If it comes in late in the day, we might not get it out to you until the next business day. Notice that this might affect Next Day, 2 Day, 3 Day deliveries. So, if you need it IMMEDIATELY, you can call us toll free and notify us of the urgency once you have submitted the order at: 1-866-647-1896. We'll do our best to get it out for you ASAP. Thanks!
RETURNS:
To return new or defective merchandise please contact EcoGarden Supply for a Return Authorization number, (RA). Only with this Return Authorization number will we accept any returns. EcoGarden Supply doesnīt give cash back refunds. Only unused new merchandise (with intact packing material and instructions) may be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt for a web credit. In the case of defective merchandise, EcoGarden Supply will pay the return shipping costs. Shipping costs on all Non-defective returns and exchanges will be the customerīs responsibility. We value your patronage and will make every reasonable attempt to keep you satisfied.
Refunds will be applied after the item is returned in unused condition, with intact and undamaged packaging and instructions.
