Premium High Pith Coir Fiber- Soilless, Organic Grow Media
CocoGro™ is 100% organic and biodegradable. CocoGro™ is a premium coir fiber because it is fully rinsed and contains a very low salt content. CocoGro™ is made with 3/4" double-sieved, long fibers to give ample air space to plant roots. Gardeners will experience an optimal air to water ratio versus conventional potting soils. CocoGro™ is ecologically responsible and is derived from a replenishable resource unlike other grow media like peat moss. CocoGro™ is unique because it is fully composted, and has not been chemically buffered like most other coir fiber products.
Cocogro™ is aged 18 to 24 months to avoid pH and nutrient imbalances. It has optimum air to water ratio with 30% air content. Cocogro™ is fully decomposed with stable pH & EC and is flushed of excess sodium. It is inoculated with Mychorrhizae and trichoderma fungi.
Cocogro uses 1/2 inch double-sieved long fibers to reduce dust and give ample air space within the mix. Cocogro has excellent drainage properties and can be used over a longer period of time than coir fiber with shorter fibers. Cocogro's longer fibers create an optimal air to water ratio, which is vital for strong root development. Cocogro is a superior coir fiber because it is aged a minimum of eighteen months and has finished its decomposition stage. In addition, Cocogro is exposed to rain water from at least three monsoon seasons, which naturally washes harmful salts from the final product. Most other coir fibers are only 4 to 5 months old and may have excessive potassium and salts that require chemical treatment.

Formulated with earth-friendly ingredients to retain moisture, provide improved root aeration and drainage, and develop strong, healthy root systems for maximum stem, flower and foliage growth. Peat moss and coconut fiber retain water and nutrients for optimal plant growth, combined with increased perlite to provide excellent drainage. The organic nutrient package provides a supplemental charge after three to four weeks and the endomycorrhizal blend enhances the ability of plants to access the nutrients in the root zone.
