Sunlight Supply's NEW Galaxy Electronic Ballast runs 600W HPS bulbs. This electronic ballast features the exclusive Smart Volt feature allowing the ballast to run on either 120 or 240V. Simply change the cord to run 240V. There are many advantages to using an electronic ballast over the traditional core & coil magnetic ballast. The main advantage of this Electronic ballast is the energy savings using 5-12% less energy than magnetic HID ballasts. This electronic ballast is also energy efficient with a 99.9% power factor. This ballast is also lightweight at just 114bs. Other features include constant wattage output with no flickering resulting in perfect illumination. The Galaxy Electronic Ballast also features soft starting which increases bulb life and reduces lumen depreciation, axial fan for excellent cooling and silent operation. This 600 watt electronic ballast includes the 120V detachable power cord and 15ft. or 25ft. reflector cord with socket assembly. Purchase 240V power cord separately.
